Ludovic helped us with a virtual visit and lots of pictures and videos of the property before we could visit it. He also always responded very quickly to our messages on whatsapp. It was also convenient for us that he spoke English well enough, sometimes it was a bit difficult to discuss detailed things and there were some misunderstandings since his English was not on the highest level - but definitiely more than enough for basic conversation (and more than any other real estate agent that we've met in the region). Overall we had a very good experience and he feels very reliable and humble which takes a lot of stress out of the process.
