Le bien de ma grand mère est en mandat exclusif dans cette agence depuis près d’un an. En 12 mois, seulement 4 visites ont été réalisées et le logement n’a même jamais été affiché en vitrine de l’agence c’est ridicule… Je suis très déçu du suivi, du manque de visibilité donnée au bien et du peu d’implication commerciale constaté pendant toute cette période. Un mandat exclusif implique normalement un vrai investissement de l’agence, ce qui n’a malheureusement pas été le cas.
