Riviera King Real Estate

Kristin is THE realtor to use in the Côte D’Azur! She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also honest, hard-working, and a pleasure to spend time with. Highly recommend!

Kristin King was professional, responsive, and courteous throughout our experience. Although we ultimately decided not to proceed with the sale of our apartment due to personal circumstances, she handled our statutory withdrawal promptly and professionally. Communication was excellent, she respected our decision, canceled the scheduled open house immediately, and kept us informed throughout the process. We appreciate her understanding, integrity, and professionalism, and we would not hesitate to recommend Kristin and Riviera King.

Kristin King and Riviera King - Real Estate are exceptional. We had set aside three weeks in Nice to find an apartment and, after a slow start with another agent, we were introduced to Kristin. She immediately understood our criteria, consistently sent thoughtful selections of properties, and spent multiple days guiding us across the city for visits. Kristin was available, proactive, and communicative throughout. Once we chose our apartment, she expertly guided us through the entire purchase process — invaluable since we don’t speak French. She even went above and beyond, providing us detailed domicile resources, helping us set up our utilities, and introducing us to our building’s management. From beginning to end, Kristin made what could have been an overwhelming experience genuinely enjoyable. We highly recommend Kristin and Riviera King - Real Estate, especially if you’re new to the French system or not fully fluent in French.

Riviera King Real Estate is by far our first choice for looking at and purchasing real estate in France. Kristen and Mark are so professional, attentive, and patient. They are only interested in what you are looking for and are NOT just trying to get another sale. They will explain all the current French real estate purchase protocols. No hidden fees or surprises. Oh…by the way…they also have the language barrier covered as well and, and if you are lucky, they may invite you for a barbecue.

Bravo et merci à cette Agence accueillante , très compétente , vraiment que des superlatifs .
