We’d already had quite a few underwhelming appointments with estate agents locally in Orthez before we happened to walk into the agency Stephanie was working for at the time. Now that she is working for herself, I am redrafting the feedback I wrote previously. We were so impressed by Stephanie’s skillset that we decided to go with that agency when buying our house. It is exceptionally rare to find such a combination of empathy, intelligence and efficiency in one person, let alone in an estate agent. Stephanie’s previous working life in care settings has made of her a very flexible and sensitive person, who nevertheless is fully on top of her brief and administrative steps at all times. I cannot recommend her enough, whether you are buying or selling. She will tell you like it is- no BS or misrepresentation. She is a breath of fresh air and a huge asset to the estate agency sector locally.
